Daisy Ridley might be new to Hollywood, but she’s not afraid to voice her opinion. The Star Wars: The Force Awakens actress recently found herself the victim of criticism for being too thin and now she’s taking a stand.
According to E! an Instagram user wrote that Ridley has “set unrealistic expectations” for young girls because “real women have curves.”
The 23-year-old fired back, writing that “’real women’ are all shapes and sizes, all ethnicities, all levels of brave.”
The post has apparently since been deleted, but on Wednesday Daisy shared a screengrab of what she had written.
