See The Cake That Looks Like a Giant Raindrop

If you're struggling to shed the flab but just can't do without your sweet tooth, you'll love this. Thanks to chef Darren Wong, you can now indulge your cravings without worrying about piling on the pounds, he has come up with a cake that looks like a giant raindrop and contains no calories at all.

Made of mineral water and agar - a gelatin-like substance made from algae - it can be sliced, and reportedly has a mild taste like water.
 According to Darren,
"Making the cake took a lot of trial and error testing out different agars and gelatins to get the right consistency". The cake has to maintain its shape but still have the texture of water.  This makes the cake a nightmare to store and transport.

"That was the second challenge I had to overcome. Each cake has to be individually packed in a way that protects it from movement and temperature." For flavour, you can add roasted soybean flour and brown sugar syrup.Who says you can't eat your cake and have it?
