Former Hollyoaks star Steph hinted she's reconciled with CBB lover Jez today, by launching into a lengthy Twitter rant this afternoon - saying she would be "following her heart".
Steph was dumped by Irish hunk Jeremy last week after she publicly accused him of sleeping with five women behind her back.
But while she tried to move on yet again, Twitter users aren't so sure - and claim they can no longer keep up with the couple's rocky relationship.
