Mr Atiku caused a stir from the street into the restaurant, as other guests abandoned their food to take pictures of him.
His masquerade costume featured brooms protruding from his head piece as well as a straw mat which he used in place of a cape, which trailed behind him.
The fascinated guests at the restaurant were also pictured staring at Mr Atiku as he sat confidently at the head of the table, awaiting his meal.
