Dwayne Johnson Proves He's a Real-Life Hero, Visits Sick Kids During a 'Baywatch' Break

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is following in Zac Efron's footsteps.

Just four days after his Baywatch co-star bought a brand new iPhone for a fan who shattered his while attempting to take a photo with the actor, Johnson decided he would also pay it forward.

During a break from filming the R-rated big screen reboot, the 43-year-old actor made a surprise visit to the Memorial Health Children's Hospital in Savannah, Georgia, on Saturday.

Following the meet-and-greet, he took to Instagram to share a sweet photo of himself mid-fist pump with an adorable boy named Aiden.

"I surprised the children at Savannah's Pediatric Specialty Ward aaaaand look at the concentration on lil' Aiden's face!" Johnson captioned the snap. "Awesome experience and THANK YOU to all the hard working and caring staff who helped make this visit possible."

"To all the kids I met - you guys keep smiling and staying strong," he continued. "All the mamas and daddy's I met, y'all stay strong too. Gotta tell ya little stuff like this will always be the best part of fame. And good Lord I wish I had Aiden's concentration when I was in my high school math classes. I wouldn't have failed Algebra twice."
